Therapist, Owner, Clinical Supervisor
Erica is not currently accepting new clients.
Hello! I'm Erica. I'm a Tucson Native, currently loving life in the valley. My favorite things include: my dogs, trying new foods, and tackling ridiculously hard puzzles.
I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Arizona and a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the AZ Board of Behavioral Health. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples.
I use an eclectic approach to tailor the therapy experience to each individual client. My clients can expect me to meet them with empathy, kindness, and acceptance. They can also expect me to challenge them, when appropriate, to promote their personal growth. My goal is to assist my clients on their journey to becoming the best possible version of themselves.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, complex trauma, relational issues, couples, emotion regulation, pre-teen/teen stage of life issues, parenting challenges, coping skills, suicidal ideation, and self harm.
I provide a safe and affirming space for those who are LGBTQ+, queer, gender questioning, nonbinary, transgender, asexual, polyamorous, and non-monogamous.
Rachel is currently offering sessions for children, teens, adults, and families, via telehealth and in-person.
Hello, I’m Rachel! I'm originally a California Native but was lucky enough to move to Tucson when I was in middle school and experience the beauty of the southwest. I am currently learning life as a new mom and have two pugs and a yorkie, who are my other children. I am a former Music Therapist so I enjoy playing anything with strings on it as well as cooking.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master of Counseling degree from University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Arizona State University. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I use approaches including CBT, Play Therapy/Sand Tray, Person-Centered therapy, and am always learning new modalities to meet my clients’ needs.
I am an advocate and ally within the LGBTQ+ community and enjoy working with clients who may be struggling with gender identity, sexuality and relationships. I specialize in working with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, adoption, prenatal/postpartum, fertility, family system concerns, low self-esteem, and impulse control disorders.
I approach therapy with a warm and empathetic spirit and believe that you have the strength and wisdom within you to heal and grow. It is my job to guide treatment, encourage you in your efforts, and provide feedback and different insights into your concerns. I value the work I do and am deeply invested in you getting as much out of therapy as possible. Coming to therapy is brave work and I am here to help you feel at ease and enjoy the process!
Erika is currently offering individual and couples sessions for adults, via telehealth and in-person.
