We are currently open for both telehealth and limited number of in-person sessions.
*Please be aware that if you choose to participate in-person, you are assuming all risks that may be associated with in-person sessions, and will be required to sign an additional consent regarding these risks.*
Mindful Bloom Counseling Services, and the other counseling practices in the building, are working to take additional precautions for the safety of all of our clients. Some of these precautions include:
We ask that if you are not feeling well, or are experiencing any symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, or shortness of breath), do not come into the building. Instead, please contact your therapist and request either a telehealth session or reschedule your appointment.
Additionally, if you or anyone you have come into contact with have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been asked to self-quarantine, or have traveled to/from/through any country on the CDC watchlist in the past 14 days, please do not schedule any in-person sessions at this time. We will send clients home if we become aware of any of the above information or symptoms.
We appreciate your attention to all things listed above. We look forward to welcoming you to our office with new safety precautions in place!
