At Mindful Bloom we offer individual, couples, and family therapy for clients of all ages.
We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, complex trauma, relational issues, emotion regulation, pre-teen/teen stage of life issues, LGBTQ+, parenting challenges, coping skills, suicidal ideation, and self harm.
We create a safe space for all clients to be themselves. We welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, races/ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
We utilize therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, play therapy, sand tray, and mindfulness in the treatment of individual clients.
We utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Family Systems Theory for the treatment of couples and families.
At Mindful Bloom, it is our goal to tailor therapeutic treatment to the needs of each individual client. We hope to work with our clientele to challenge them to grow into the best possible version of themselves.
